"Tatsuya Namira" was a legendary yakuza who defeated a rival group's lone member with a lead pipe, a name that instilled fear in both police officers and notorious criminals. Not long after his disappearance, he was seen with a new appearance in a new profession. Now, he has put aside his tension and violence and is trying to lead a sincere life with his wife as a stay-at-home husband. Tatsuya, besides adapting to the mundane tasks of being a stay-at-home husband, realizes that being a stay-at-home husband has its own unique challenges, from the battlefield known as the supermarket to defeat in the kitchen. Despite having a peaceful life, misunderstandings arise from left and right. Gokushofudo follows the memories of a former yakuza's very exciting life, who has left behind his dangerous past to become a stay-at-home husband.
